Lessons

Each lesson has two instructors and aims to develop a broad knowledge of archery and its different traditions, acquire tools to ride and guide the horse safely and confidently, and naturally integrate both fields of knowledge.

Archery

History and traditions

A journey through the evolution of archery, its different styles, and uses, with special attention to Eastern traditions: Turkish, Chinese, Manchu, and Korean, as well as modern competitive mounted archery.

Practice

Development of fast loading, instinctive and fluid shooting while in motion, and adaptation of different techniques looking for stability and precision.

Horsemanship

Ethology

Understanding the horse, its behavior, and states to relate to it from a place of respect and assertiveness. General care aspects, saddle, biomechanics, previous preparation, feeding, and everything related to equine health.

Practice

Bareback and saddled riding, progressive development of the three gaits, and specific techniques for mounted archery.

  • Regular lessons

    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 PM
    Saturdays from 2:00 to 4:30 PM

  • Intensive lessons

    Programs spanning one or more days, to be coordinated. Ideal for those visiting the city who want to experience it.
